Inova Parkinson's and Movement Disorders Center (IPMDC)

A comprehensive Parkinson’s Center
for the highest level of clinical care, and for every day in between.

Now that fall is almost here, it seems like there are suddenly so many events to attend! We're sharing these events with you because they're related to Parkinson's, and hope you'll share them with your colleagues, clients, and residents.


In particular, IPMDC is offering it's final certification training for 2026 for professional care givers on October 31. This is a special event for caregivers with assisted living facilities and home care companies to come together to learn about the specific issues involved with the care of people living with Parkinson's.  IPMDC Professional Caregiver Certification Training


Our next training will be on Saturday, October 31. Register today!

Last day to register is October 16.

The goal of this program is to help professional caregivers understand how to provide the best care to people who have Parkinson’s Disease (PD).

Cost for this 2 1/2 hour workshop is $25/person and includes a certificate on completion and a booklet to review the course.
