April is Parkinson's Awareness Month! |
|
|
|
Every year in April, organizations around the world join together to increase awareness and understanding about Parkinson's.
In March, IPMDC held two in-person conferences:
-
The first to educate health care professionals in senior living so they could understand the basics to providing a higher level of care.
-
The second brought together patients, families and friends to hear the latest in Parkinson's care, and connect with IPMDC program and community partners.
Until there's a cure, you can count on IPMDC to provide you with up to date information through our programs. We invite you to explore ipmdc.org where you'll find online libraries on topics for recently diagnosed, care partners, the Parkinson Journey, and exercise, including Zumba Gold for Parkinson's. Also healthy eating, thinking and behavior, organizing, and more. |
