Join speech language pathologist John Dean MA CCC-SLP for Maintain Your Brain a live, online interactive exercise program to challenge your thinking ability with fun group exercises.

This is an easily-accessible live virtual exercise cognitive program for Parkinson’s and other neurological disorders, featuring engaging and accessible brain training combined with safe seated exercises and interactive communication training.

This session is suitable for ALL levels of ability and because it is hosted live, activities will be tailored to the attendees for that day’s session.

Where? Buzzard Hill at the AT, Bluemont, VA


Moderate Hike: Approximately 3.4 miles with 728 feet of elevation. For those with hiking experience. 

The trail includes a stream crossing, 2 ridge climbs, a very unique waterfall with lots of interesting features, and the ruins of a cabin. Some parts of this hike are steep and rocky, so hiking experience and good shoes are recommended.
