with Josefa Domingos and John Dean
This month's topic:
How do I . . . assess symptom fluctuations during the day? |
Many individuals living with Parkinson’s share a common concern: “I have to plan my entire day because I never know how I will feel.” Some people may stop going out, visiting friends, or spending time with
family—not because they don’t want to, but because the uncertainty can feel overwhelming. However, loved ones often express the opposite sentiment: they cherish the time spent together much more than any symptoms.
This is why we created the talk titled “How Do I Assess My Daily Symptom Fluctuations in Parkinson’s?” In this session, we will focus on how to recognize your own daily patterns, what to track, and how families can support these challenges. Our aim is to help you feel more confident when planning your day and communicating with your healthcare team.
