Let's Chat About Thinking series
With Dr. Jenn Pauldurai
We emphasized the importance of social engagement in our introduction to brain health last month. What does social engagement mean practically? How many minutes or days a week do we have to do this “exercise?” Does
hanging out with my family count as socialization? This month, we will go into the specifics of what it means to be “socially active” and create a plan to continue this journey to brain health.

We're sending you this reminder because we don't record this series. This is so attendees can feel comfortable asking questions and discussing the topic with Dr. Pauldurai. We hope you can join us!
