Another one of the pillars of brain health is mental health and stress management. We live in a time of unpredictability, and there are many things that can seem out of our control. This month, we will learn more about
how depression, anxiety, and stress can impact our cognitive health, and learn practical ways to safeguard our brain. We are privileged to have Dr. Mirjana Ivanisevic join us for this discussion. Dr. Ivanisevic is a clinical psychologist specializing in neuropsychology, and she works very closely with Dr. Pauldurai in the assessment and treatment of cognitive disorders.
