IPMDC Program Partner AIM Human Performance is now leading the Virginia Chapter for Pass to Pass!
Pass to Pass provides multi-day backpacking trips for people with Parkinson's.
|
|
|
We're excited to share that Michelle and Chris, owners of AIM Human Performance, who also offer IPMDC sponsored boxing and strength training classes in Woodbridge, will lead the Virginia chapter for Pass to Pass!
AIM Human Performance's Parkinson-friendly day hikes will also feature on the Pass to Pass website at passtopass.org/regional-chapter-day-hikes.

Pickleball for Parkinson's
The YMCA Arlington is starting a new round of Pickleball for Parkinson’s classes! These classes are free and open to the community, no Y membership is required. The next four sessions are open and available for registration. Sessions are from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm.
